Why vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is the form the body makes from sunlight. It raises blood levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D more effectively than D2, the form used in most fortified foods. The liquid oil format in SHENI D3 is absorbed without digestion, making it one of the most efficient delivery methods available.
